Saatvik Green Energy is launching a Rs 900-crore IPO with a price band of Rs 442-465 per share, valuing the company at around Rs 5,910 crore. The IPO opens on September 19 and closes on September 23, with anchor investor bidding on September 18. The proceeds will fund a new solar PV module facility in Odisha and debt repayment.
