Following Tata Motors’ recent demerger, investors are now awaiting the separate listing of its commercial vehicle arm, Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles Ltd (TMLCV), valued at around ₹260.75 per share. The record date for the split was October 14, with eligible shareholders set to receive one TMLCV share for every Tata Motors share held.
