Yes Bank detected unusual unauthorized transactions on its multi-currency forex cards. The bank flagged these on February 24. Around Rs 2.5 crore in transactions were approved. However, the bank’s systems blocked many more attempts, preventing significant losses. The incident was traced to a Latin American country. Yes Bank is working with BookMyForex to protect customers.
