India’s REIT and InvIT market could attract an additional Rs 11.6 trillion in investments by 2030, taking total assets under management beyond Rs 20 trillion, according to Avendus Capital. Strong participation from mutual funds, insurers, pension funds, and global investors is expected to drive the next phase of growth.
