Pragyawan Technologies has filed its DRHP with SEBI for an IPO comprising a Rs 400 crore fresh issue and an OFS of 15 million shares. The company will use fresh issue proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes, strengthening its diversified technology and infrastructure business.
