Delhi-NCR office space net leasing jumped 2.5 times in the July-September quarter. This was due to corporate demand for premium workspaces. Delhi-NCR contributed 23 percent to total leasing across eight major cities. Overall office space leasing rose 35 percent in major cities. The market is on track to surpass last year’s record. This shows an expansionary cycle.
