Mahindra & Mahindra announced a 50:50 life insurance joint venture with Manulife, approved by its board on November 12. The JVCo will offer life insurance solutions in India, with an initial investment of Rs 1,250 crore from each party. This venture aims to tap into India’s growing life insurance market, particularly in rural and semi-urban areas.
