Devyani International and Sapphire Foods India are merging to create India’s largest Yum! Brands franchisee, operating KFC and Pizza Hut. The share-swap deal, approved by both boards and Yum! Brands, aims to unlock significant synergies and drive accelerated expansion. The combined entity expects annual synergy benefits of Rs 210-225 crore.
