Puravankara is embarking on an ambitious 6.4-acre residential project in Bengaluru’s Sarjapur neighborhood, with projected earnings of Rs 1,000 crore. This project, developed through a collaborative agreement with a landowner, will offer 0.8 million sq ft of saleable space. The company aims to capitalize on the joint development agreement model, minimizing initial investment while diversifying its presence in key urban markets across India.
