Goodluck India shares surged up to 7% after the company announced its maiden 2:1 bonus issue. Alongside the bonus announcement, the board adjusted the proposed FY26 final dividend from Rs 3 per share to Re 1 per share. The stock also hit a fresh 52-week high during Monday’s trading session.
