SML Mahindra will acquire Mahindra Truck and Bus Division from Mahindra & Mahindra through a slump sale in FY27. The deal consolidates truck and bus operations, expands its commercial vehicle portfolio, enhances scale, unlocks synergies and strengthens competitiveness across above-3.5 tonne segments.
